We used Lovingston Self Storage for about five months. One climate-controlled unit, (interior access) and one "regular" unit (exterior access). Access was always available, electricity was always available, the units were clean and the doors were easy to raise, lower, and lock. Who could ask for more? We had two issues, and I might have caused one of them when I made an error signing up online. But I contacted the management, and Michael corrected that issue. The other issue is just something to be aware of. The driveway is gravel, not asphalt or concrete. So, units with exterior access will be easier and safer to work with if you use hand trucks with pneumatic tires. We're happy. Thank you, Michael!
